We are looking for a talented, competitive Talent Acquisition Lead that thrives in a competitive environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving building Rapyder by identifying the right people accessing the fitment both from technical and culture fitment perspective. The TA Lead will also require to handle Resource management for Customer/Projects. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an understanding of project requirements and finance fundamentals. This role partners and collaborates with business leaders to develop strategies to meet project demands.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall Recruitment strategy
- Manages staffing logistics for projects/Client Requirements, ensuring staffing requests are fulfilled in an efficient and cost-effective manner
- Initiates subcontractor or external hiring solutions when internal staffing solutions do not exist â responsible for gathering approvals from HR and Operations, validating salary ranges, margin and revenue details and job descriptions
- To take care of Offer to joiner conversion ratio
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Manage and work along with team members, guiding towards team growth and organization growth
- Maintain TAT for the open positions
- Handle Offer negotiations with Selected candidates
- Take initiatives to find the best fit talent for the organization.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote companyâs reputation as âbest place to workâ

- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5-7 Years with in similar operations role; with any Bachelorâs Degree. A diploma or an MBA in HR/ Sales/ Marketing would be an advantage.
