Job Description

Job Description

  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities and sales leads target export markets.
  • Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.
  • Oversee the process of product registration and licensing in targeted markets.
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
  • Negotiating the best contract terms and closing sales.
  • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
  • Creating contracts with distributors as needed.
  • Follow up on sales orders, logistics and delivery.
  • Has good information about applications and methods of use as well as technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with the product enhancements.
  • Attending conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Discuss product enhancements and new product development.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in selling Soil and Fertilizer products
  • Experience in the export market is a Must
  • Very Good - Excellent Command of English
  • BSc in Agricultural Engineering/Business or a related field
