Job Description
- Minimum 3++ years previous experience as a Chef Manager – remote site experience / off shore experience beneficial
- Management of the P&L and activities to drive the revenue
- Hands-on team players who is a good Kitchen Manager
- Skilled chef and able to create menus to suit various cultures
- Up-to-date with current food trends
- Commercial budgeting and cost management
- People management, mentoring and coaching in a strategic as well as a practical capacity
- Gulf experience beneficial but not essential
