Job Description
- Attach all required support document like signed timesheets, PO copies etc.
- Highlight and co-ordinate with Finance if client signed timesheet delayed and for the other supporting documents.
- Review the WIP ageing on weekly basis and coordinate with finance for prompt invoicing
- Review if invoice amount reaches contract value and manage overrun
- Coordinate with Finance on detailed invoice log with complete details for information purpose.
