Job Description

  • Business analysts are the professionals who can bring about changes in technology and impart them more accountability and easily operating features.
  • Develop business opportunities for the Company’s creative solutions in industrial and product designs as well as the Company’s creativity services.
  • Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients (through the front office representatives) to deliver functional requirements of our applications (Mubasher Pro, Website, Mubasher Mobile, Mubasher DT, OMS) and send this requirement to our developers.
  • Communicate and follow up requirements with internal and external developers teams.
  • Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications
  • Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs.
  • Support internal teams and employees' requirements of OMS.
  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates from BIS major with relevant personal/educational backgrounds will be considered.
  • Stock market/financial sector background/knowledge is an asset
  • To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
  • Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
  • Confidence presenting to large groups of people
  • Initiative and enterprise
  • To be an effective leader
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
  • To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
