Job Description
Fill in the required reporting to effectively use the Porsche system showroom management system.
Develop and leverage an indepth understanding of customer needs within the targeted segments.
Using various sources prospect for new customers regularly to create additional sales opportunities.
Manage the preparation and handover of acquired and sold vehicles to customers.
Support customers to fulfil their needs.
Ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business through the effective use of a followup process.
Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products accessories prices and key features of major competitors.
Ensure all customer information sales activities vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.
Ensure the implementation of tradein preowned and sales processes considering a customerfocused approach to maximum customer delight and CSI score.
Check showroom setup and display stock on Porsche Finder.
Update silent salesman for all Preowned Cars on display.
Organize with the After Sales department to ensure that all repairs are done on time and up to Porscheapproved regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferably 23 years experience preferred in Automotive sales
- Fluent English and excellent computer skills
- A driving license is a must
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Flexible
