Job Description
- Development of Trade Marketing Plans for every region, Key Account and Regional Key Account. Understand the specific market requirements (Availability, Visibility, Affordability and Acceptability) working with regional sales, BU Marketing, Sales and merchandising teams
- Drive Special Programs: Drive picture of Success, Cross Category Displays and Category Branding
- Design and Implement Promo and Execution Plans
- Lead Occasion based Plans (Back to School, Ramadan, EID, BBQ, etc)
- Merchandising Plan Development.
- Design Planograms and Merchandising guidelines by channel
- Negotiation for creative and production
- Manage Timelines and track Executions
- Drive POSM development as ‘best in-class’materials
