Job Description
- Counselling Clients (either in clinic or online):
- Assessing health and diet needs of patients and clients (based on medical history and food preferences)
- Advising about suitable nutritional plan Customer Care:
- Arranging follow up appointments and follow up with those who do not show up.
- Follow up with patients (in-clinic or online) and provide motivation while counselling.
- Participation in the company's external activities such as seminars and events - Prepare reports, and work on tasks requested by the direct manager.
