The Brand Operations Executive integrates brand objectives into brand management on the ground and is responsible for the overall performance of the brands.
This includes managing and developing the brands plan and working with the brand managers to optimize sell through with activation.
You will be predominately in the market working side by side with the supervisors and salesmen driving sales performance, coverage, selling the full range, placement on dealer’s shelves and assessing/benchmarking the brand vs execution against competitors.
Monitor sales, distribution, placement and activation information of his brands to identify trends and to track actual performance against plan
Analyse the findings from PBI reports regularly, identify gaps and develop actionable reports to share with and the sales team
Provide post promotion evaluation (measurement of results) for all activities
Maintain functional alignment with the supplier’s to ensure consistency of execution
