- Technical lead for operational oversight management of all assets within the department jurisdiction .
- Manage, co-ordinate and liaise with service providers to develop all aspects of the FM strategy, delivery plan and operational requirements for NEOM.
- Contribute to developing the scope of work and procurement of O&M contract to develop options for FM strategy, including the associated business cases.
- Work closely with Internal stakeholders and Finance teams to develop presentations to ExCom for approval of the proposed FM Management strategy & Operations business model.
