Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE To prepare the dining hall before service and maintain it clean, organise and fresh, in addition to his original task in serving the clients.
Key Responsibilities -
- ssist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning -
- lean all service utensils before each service. -
- elp captain waiter in the restaurant set up. -
- eep his / her appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level. -
- elp captain waiter in mise en place preparation. -
- ransport food from kitchen to dining hall. -
- ssist captain waiter putting the food plates on clients table -
- hanging ashtrays and fill glasses with water during service. -
- lear the table after meal is done and clean it. -
- ransport all dirty plates, glasses to the dishwashing area. -
