Supporting the Associate and Senior Associate Urban Planner in providing leadership and mentorship to staff.
Assisting in managing teams preparing land use plans and development policies for master planning and other urban development and governance projects.
Assisting in managing teams preparing zoning and development control regulations, guidelines, processes and procedures.
Overseeing the analysis of factors affecting land use and community development including economic, socio-demographic, legal, political, cultural, physical and environmental.
Assisting in managing teams that respond to regulatory requirements for development planning approvals and non-objection certificates.
Coordinating with other internal disciplines and manage the activities of outside sub-consultants in the execution of assigned projects.
Preparing and presenting urban plans and reports to clients and regulators.
Preparing technical and financial proposals for designated project opportunities
To be successful in these dynamic opportunities, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years career experience of working on large-scale landscape strategies with a Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning.
Professional certification or chartered status would be highly regarded.
