Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, environmental science, or related field.
Postgraduate degree in urban planning or city development preferred.
Knowledge of urban planning principles:
Comprehensive understanding of urban planning concepts, land management, and community development.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to urban planning.
ytical ss:
Ability to yze social, economic, and geographic data to ess community needs.
Ss in using spatial ysis tools such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Research ss:
Ability to conduct field research and studies to gather information necessary for planning.
Report writing ss to clearly present findings and recommendations.
