Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities(the position exist to perform the below tasks and essential activities)

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affect marketing strategies.
  • Use research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new services, and overall strategy.
  • Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
  • Organize all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented.
  • Weigh in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding.
  • Maintain the department's budget and ensures all marketing activities are cost-effective, in coordination with the Senior Manager -Marketing & Communication.
  • Work with other company officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjust strategies, as needed.
  • Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies, and standards..
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency and adhere to all relevant department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Follow all relevant organizational HSE and QM policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure Health, Safety and Quality compliance in all aspects of work and ensure commitment to a culture of continuous improvement by complying with Quality Management System processes, providing and receiving constructive feedback, to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Education requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Administration/Management/Marketing (Essential)
  • Post Graduate Degree with related discipline (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience (required)
  • Minimum 3 years in GCC (preferred)

Knowledge and Skills
