Supervise the servicing and/or repair of customer’s vehicles
Liaise with Receptionists to predict type and volume of future workload and understand particular needs of customers, advise Receptionists of any problems with the work on customers’ vehicles.
Report, record, and return any incorrect or defective parts to Parts Department.
Inspect work returned from Quality Controller, investigate causes and consult with worker to ensure curative actions, (corrective and preventive action) and record actions taken on Job Card
Job Requirements
Education: B sc. Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
Experience: 3-5years in service operation in a reputable dealership.
Language Skills:Good written and spoken English.
Computer Skills:Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
Customer-oriented and leadership skills.
The ability of multitasking and working under pressure.
