Job Description
- Collaborates with the project & construction coordinator to timely submit the purchase requests (PRs), follow up on the progress, and maintain records of all completed procurement dossiers.
- Collect GRRs from the receivers in the project site, submit to the concerned department, tracking and reporting on all Deliveries from the suppliers.
- Collaborate with the cash officer for the daily operation cash advance & maintain a database to keep track of the payments
- Supervises and trains drivers’ on Blumont fleet SOP’s.
- Develop a maintenance plan for the field office, vehicles, and generator & ensure that the fuel consumptions are monitored and reported.
- Prepare a monthly fleet plan in close coordination with the project & construction coordinator.
- Develop & share inventory report with the project manager & the project team, manage and track equipment/assets inventory, organize regular monthly equipment/assets counts & physical check.
- Manage, Arrange & organize the security guards working shifts & actively contributes to the field security contingency planning and implementation.
- Develop the standard operation procedures (SOPs) of the project warehouse in addition to manage and maintain the warehouse.
- Ensure that goods receiving and issuing activities are carried out with properly approved documentation that is correctly filled in the warehouse & ensure proper storage of the project equipment, tools & materials.
- Any other duties as agreed with the supervisor
