Job Description
- Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Grand Hyatt Amman Standards of Performance
- Ensure when required, the doctor is contacted with the minimum delay and that direct supervisor is informed accordingly.
- Be aware and adhere to the hotel emergency policy and procedure.
- Act as a departmental coordinator for all areas of the hotel and ensure a proper follow-up is done for all guests’ requests and comments.
- plug in all customer inquiries into the system and ensure proper follow up is done
- Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
- Perform billing and cashiering functions as required within the department.
- Maintain total confidentiality of all guest and associate information.
