Job Description
- Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management team during the pre-sales process
- Conducting site assessments to understand the local situation and actual customer need
- Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes
- Setting project milestones, project planning and interfacing with customers throughout all project phases
- Ensuring that all required materials, resources and activities are ordered, planned and executed.
- Conducting weekly project plan reviews with all stakeholders
- Managing risks and customer issues, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget
- Conducting pre and post calculation reviews and ''Lessons Learnt'' for projects
- Organizing the execution of the actual installation and required user training
