Preparing the periodical production overview figures and statistics to illustrate activities and performance to the top management/Sales heads, and also reflecting on their benefits, compensation or career path; (Remuneration, Promotions/Demotions, area’s assignment…., etc.
Act as a bridge of communication between the sales teams and all other departments in the company to provide them with the needed support related to their activities as well as feedback to their client's inquiries to assure the best services could be provided to them; such as operation, collection, claims, CSC, finance …, etc.
Preparing & calculating all the contests launched for AZLE/AZIE sales teams and CEEMA Reports
Providing the sales teams with all the renewal, outstanding, SCB reports, cancellations, surrenders, NTU cases follow with their clients properly.
Coordinate/apply all the process of re-assigning the orphan portfolios of the left agents (Policies Recording) for all channels.
Coordination with the Sales Teams and Brokers (Freelance-KAM-Preferred Partners) to facilitate the best services provided to the sales teams across the company’s departments.
Handling all the queries related to their work activities, remunerations, new /renewal business ..., etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2 to 4 years of work experience in Customer Service management
Salespeople relations and services management.
Knowledge of reporting concepts and performance management methodology
