The incumbent will be responsible for efficient delivery of client onboarding and Cash Management set ups for the Corporate client segment. The job holder will oversee need analysis and be responsible for ascertaining potential the solutions and process improvement opportunities in close coordination with the Relationship Management team, in line with the regulatory guidelines, and internal policies. The job holder will oversee and monitor due diligence efforts, data analysis/ mapping, system configuration, consultative training and implementation support of applications for new and existing clients and ensure delivery of the assigned projects within established timeframes/schedule, defined service level agreements, quality levels and client specifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute towards the formulation, and implementation of the Global Transaction Banking & Innovation strategy, business plans, policies /procedures with respect to the Wholesale Banking client segment, to support the overall functional and organizational business strategy.
- Ensure that the business plans pertaining to CM&I are within agreed budgets and timescales. Provide timely, accurate and complete progress reports to the Department Head - Global Transaction Banking & Innovation
- Liaise with the Product Manager andBUs for timely delivery of product development, enhancements based on business / product performance, and market trends, changing customer requirements
- Establish and/or assist client in configuring system parameters and controls based on client’s business practices and processes; recommend best practices; review setup with clients and gain client acceptance
- Allocate work deliverables and supervise direct reports in their day-to-day tasks and guide them in managing theirperformance by providing appropriate feedback and counseling. Provide recommendations to the Department Head on hiring and promotions
