• Own the sales strategy for your zone and lead its implementation.
• Lead daily and monthly planning to ensure achievement of sales, revenue, engagement and profitability KPI targets for the assigned zone.
• Responsible for accurate sales forecasting, developing and implementing field sales plan for the assigned zone.
• Lead and drive the extended team. Coach, motivate and build direct sales force and develop talent
• Drive the business to the desired ambition, underlying Market Share Growth/Volume Growth
• Liaison with the logistics team to ensure timely distribution of orders in the assigned zone
• Develop plans to win with customers and channels, making every store a growth engine for our brands
• Manage key accounts and develop healthy working relationships with key customers
