Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identify new sales leads: Research and identify potential customers by using a variety of lead-generation methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, or attending industry events.
Qualify leads: Determine the likelihood of potential customers making a purchase by qualifying leads based on factors such as budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT method).
Build a pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure a consistent flow of sales opportunities.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
Conduct product demonstrations: Arrange and conduct product demonstrations to showcase how the product works and its benefits.
Present proposals: Create and present sales proposals and quotes tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
Provide tailored solutions: Offer customized solutions and suggestions based on a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and the company's product offerings.
Bachelor’s Degree.
•Minimum of1 year experience in the same field.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Customer focus.
Planning & organizing.
Responsiveness to requests.
Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Sales and Product Promotion
Promote products or services: Actively promote the company’s products or services to potential customers through calls, emails, in-person visits, and other sales channels.
Present product information: Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of products or services to customers to persuade them to make a purchase.
Close sales: Work towards closing sales by negotiating terms, addressing customer concerns, and finalizing transactions.
Customer Relationship Management
Build customer relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchases and continue to do business with the company.
Identify customer needs: Listen to customers' needs, ask relevant questions, and recommend the best products or services that meet their requirements.
Provide ongoing support: Assist customers with any post-sale questions or issues, such as product setup, troubleshooting, or returns
