Job Description
- Provide technical direction and on-going guidance and advice to staff and consortium members in fulfilling their respective roles under the project
- Monitor project performance, outputs and outcomes to advise Chief of Party and other senior staff on adaptations or adjustments to be made during implementation
- Oversee collection and analysis of project data by staff and partners, to ensure timely, quality data reports are available for project management and technical direction decisions.
- Monitor and advise project achievement of outputs and outcomes, adapt technical direction as necessary to meet established targets
- Guide staff and consortium members in regular learning activities and in documenting insights and lessons from the project.
- Advise Chief of Party on risks, threats and opportunities for the project and to devising and implementing appropriate response.
