Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Technology company in Jordan. Our client is seeking a Medical Sales Representative who will drive sales of Indianmanufactured pharmaceuticals and medical devices in Jordan building relationships with healthcare providers distributors and hospitals. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating the smooth delivery of products from India to Jordan.

Sales & Business Development:
Promote Indian pharmaceuticals and medical devices to Jordanian healthcare providers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

Market Research & Product Knowledge:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide product training to healthcare professionals and distributors.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure products comply with Jordanian Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) standards.
Manage import documentation and registration processes.

Distributor & Partner Management:
Work closely with local distributors for smooth product supply and delivery.


Requirements


Education:
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Biomedical Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:
35 years in pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales with a focus on international markets.

Skills:
Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales-focused role within the Security/IT sector, coupled with a strong grasp of the regional channel market. - Hold an Engineering degree. - Exhibit a robust network within the local Channel landscape. - Demonstrate adept sales skills, including attentive listening and the ability to tailor presentations to meet individual customer needs. - Display agility in swiftly understanding new products and solutions, effectively closing deals by aligning them with customer requirements. - Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Demonstrate persistence, proactivity, and a self-directed approach to driving business objectives. - Effectively motivate support teams and navigate time-sensitive sales environments. - Showcase competitiveness and efficiency in achieving set targets. - Possess strong public speaking, multitasking, and time management capabilities. - Maintain a valid driving license.
