Identify and analyze changes in the US market environment to determine the implications for the PDx organization, collaborating with key US stakeholders to ensure market access strategy alignment and implementation.
Develop overall regional market access strategies for existing and new PDx products in alignment with global market access team members and global strategies.
Ensure regional evidence generation requirements (RWE, analytics & HEOR) are included in global evidence generation roadmaps.
Ability to model various reimbursement scenarios and opportunities and potential impact.
Provide strategic input with qualitative and quantitative information to support US lobbying efforts and legislative initiatives, including working closely with key industry trade associations, patient organizations and medical societies; effectively communicate economic value messages, health economic plans and economic study results undertaken by GE Healthcare and by other organizations to internal and external audiences.
Develop, influence and monitor payer policy, coding frameworks and regulation, working directly with scientific, clinical, government and commercial payer authorities relevant to US; attend and represent business at relevant scientific, clinical, government and commercial payer policy meetings as a component of implementing priority US strategy
