Issuing all passenger e-tickets and other customer documentation, to complete all customer bookings accurately.
Maintain all operational aspects, which include no show actions, complaint handling, supplier communication, pre departure issues. In order to provide a seamless RJ booking service for passengers.
Liaise with the Call center Operations Manager and supervisor to manage effective rosters to ensure that the Call Centre is sufficiently staffed to cope with required demand.
Using initiative to continually recommend improvements to overall running of the Call Centre operation.
