Job Description
- Collaborate with the Team Leader in regards to projects service provision Write comprehensive job announcements.
- Act as a liaison with project partners.
- Organize, conduct and lead registration days.
- Populate job-seekers database and use it to filter qualified applicants.
- Organize, conduct and lead soft skills and employability trainings for job-seekers Ensure the documentation of all processes and follow set SOP’s .
- Allocate new channels to disseminate announcements which helps in reaching out to more qualified job-seekers.
- Collaborate with local communities to spread awareness of the project.
