- Youth advocates are like junior youth counselors.
- They are in charge of creating and collaborating youth gatherings, activities and workshops.
- They must find ways for the teens to be more aware and care for the environment as well as the people around them.
- They strategically divide teens into support groups and help them with their everyday problems.
- Youth advocates need to know and survey what the youth need and want.
- They need to carry out a plan on how to achieve their goals.
- They need to attend meetings and workshops themselves that will help them in understanding how a teenage mind works. Y
- outh advocates need act as big brothers and sisters to most of the teens in the support groups.
