Join our clients dynamic marketing agency as a Senior Design Production/Project Manager. We specialise in delivering highquality design solutions for major retailers and were seeking a talented individual to oversee and coordinate our design projects with precision and creativity.
As the Senior Design Production&Project Manager youll play a pivotal role in directing and coordinating all aspects of design production projects. From overseeing highvolume adaptations to leading the art direction your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid position based in Bogot offering a fastpaced environment where adaptability and innovation are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive plans for design projects including timelines milestones and deliverables
- Utilize appropriate tools and technologies to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Lead the art direction and execution of projects to ensure creative excellence
Team Coordination
- Proactively address challenges and assist with problemsolving to keep projects on track
- Effectively allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and availability
Resource Management
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain design standards
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Reporting
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management to keep them informed of project status
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in design production and project management
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English is essential

- Strong project management skills with a focus on design production
