Project Manager

This is a remote position.

• Lead the Client´s core HCM (Human Capital Management) platform integrations.
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  
• Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within the scope and within budget.
  
• Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  
• Lead and manage the project team providing clear direction and setting performance expectations.
  
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
  
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to ensure project goals are met.
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
  
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  
• Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed.
  
• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  
• Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Management or related field.
  
• Proven working experience in project management.
  
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or handson experience in software development and web technologies.
  
• Experience in managing projects in a complex matrixed environment.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  
• Proficiency with project management software tools.
  
• Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
