Client Overview:

Sagan represents a leading signage company known for its innovative solutions and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to support our highlevel salesperson and ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various signage projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with our sales team clients and production team to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and proficiency in various project management and collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all phases of signage projects from planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and project specifications.
• Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize project management tools such as Corebridge Monday Slack and Trello to track progress and manage tasks.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of signage products.
• Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in the signage or related industry.
• Highlevel proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite Corebridge Monday Slack Trello and Hubspot.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international teams and clients.
• Familiarity with signage production processes and materials.
• Background in sales support or customer service.
