About the Job
1- Control all purchasing management and procedures by:
- Ensure proper and regular order to suppliers as per parts dep. Policy.
- Follow up purchase orders with suppliers regularly.
- Placing replenishment stock and emergency orders with suppliers.
- Prepare parts lists for the perpetual physical check.
- Ensure scheduled cut-off date for suggested orders to maintain stable ordering frequency.
- Producing suggested stock replenishment orders analysis.
- Custom air orders timely processing and control.
- Prepare for campaign & special orders – supply – plan.
2- Supervise and participate in inventory actions and procedures:
- Carry out stock allocation
- Arrange annual and monthly stock inventory in cooperation with finance.
- Monitor stock level comparing to the sold units & prepare stock reconciliation report / analysis.
- Decide economical stock depth with optimum stock range.
- Parts stock taking and correction action.
3-Manage and support in all parts operations:
- Set parts principle data on used software system.
- Apply parts price list and updated if required.
- Supply information & documentation to parts staff.
- Support sales operation by proper stock control service rate
- Ensures the parts availability customer satisfaction
- Execute all memos in/out from ware house.
- Ensure all permission memos in/out warehouse.
- Ensure all selling procedures and delivery in proper way.
- Execute all receipt vouchers as per commercial invoices and claim the damaged or missing parts.
- Communicate with finance to interface with parts operation.
Job Requirements
- From 2 - 4 years of experience in same position.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Excellent user of Microsoft office.
