Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. In this role you will be responsible for performing administrative duties to ensure smooth office functioning assisting various departments and providing essential support to our management team. The ideal candidate will be organized efficient and able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and team members
- Schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies equipment and ensure office organization
- Answer phone calls emails and other communication channels
- Prepare documents reports presentations and other office materials
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate office events activities and meetings
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational multitasking and timemanagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problemsolving and attention to detail
- A proactive cando attitude and teamoriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration preferred
