Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. This role will involve managing daily office operations handling administrative tasks and assisting the management team to ensure the smooth flow of operations. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
Answer and direct phone calls emails and other communication
Organize and maintain office files records and documents
Prepare and edit reports presentations and correspondence
Assist with office supply management and procurement
Coordinate and assist with internal and external meetings and events
Perform general administrative tasks as required
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problemsolving abilities
A proactive and flexible attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration preferred
