Job Description
- Assists the HR Director with all tasks related to staff development.
- Implements training policy and training plan
- Supports managers in identifying training needs of the personal
- Researches and collects relevant training opportunities for our activities in Jordan
- Supports and centralizes training-related initiatives from each department of the hospital
- Organizes, coordinates and sometimes delivers trainings and workshops
- In collaboration with the HR manager, implements the induction program for all newly recruited personal
- In collaboration with the HR manager, implements the individual review process for all personal
- Supports the HR department with other tasks when needed
