Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the company s ICT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cybersecurity.
- Provide on-site support for computers, peripherals, laboratory instruments, and network systems.
- Train and onboard new employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity protocols.
- Plan and manage the IT budget and oversee IT procurement to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:- Information Technologist or B.Sc. in Informatics, System Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT user support.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A , MCSA, or comparable.
- Fluency in English (B2 required; German is a plus.
