2. Financial Reporting: Manage financial reporting including preparation of balance sheets income statements
and cash flow statements.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial models to support business
decisionmaking.
4. Accounting Activities: Oversee accounting activities including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll
and general ledger maintenance.
5. Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning and analysis developing financial strategies to drive
business growth. Deploying goods in better return business and monitor performance vigilantly.
6. Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance and accounts professionals providing guidance coaching
and development opportunities.
8. To be able to trackel corporate finance requirements including Public Listing.
