Job Description
- Monthly revenue recognition and raising Invoices including revenue assurance.
- Debtor Management
- Various payments Vendor Payroll foreign payments statutory dues VIZ: PF TDS WCT GST.
- All accounts receivablesrelated functions including GST as well as TDS reconciliations Govt website vs books.
- Einvoicing and credit management.
- Revenue reconciliation between numbers reported by various entities and statutory books.
- Managing Banks and coordination with banks for various issues.
- Revenue and balance reconciliation with respective Hotels and query resolution with regards to this.
- Periodic Daily/Weekly/Monthly/half yearly cash flow reporting to various stakeholders.
- All Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
- Providing Debtor Ageing to Management and respective hotels.
Qualifications :
- CA qualification.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a corporate setup preferably from the hotel industry
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel Sun System knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures & principles IndAS115 in particular.
- Working knowledge of banking and treasury and forex paymentrelated laws.
- Working knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws and books vs Tax Reconciliations
