In short cryopreservation is an advanced medical procedure that puts a human into complete biological pause after their legal death. The purpose is to keep people preserved until medical technology has advanced enough to treat their cause of death and revive them. Cryopreservation provides the chance for patients to benefit from future technologies and potentially live a longer life than what is currently possible.
Human cryopreservation services have existed for over 50 years and we have brought the option to Europe and currently in the process of expanding to the US. We are entering our fifth year of customer acquisition and are looking for motivated and forward thinking people to help us in the process of scaling up.
Tasks
You will have a wide range of tasks that may evolve over time. Some of the tasks you will undertake include:
- Identifying and testing new lead generation strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Analyzing and optimizing existing lead acquisition and conversion processes to support ambitious growth goals.
- Conducting calls with individuals interested in our services educating them about our mission and our processes.
- Researching and identifying new potential markets and business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to improve messaging funnels and customer experience.
- Running A/B tests on landing pages ads and outreach strategies to maximize lead effectiveness.
- Suggesting and implementing website updates (no coding required) to enhance user experience and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial/ambitious spirit (We love people that can self manage)
- Creative resultdriven and very open mindset
- Good copywriting skills
- Excellent English language skills (German French Spanish or Italian language is considered a plus)
- Pronounced handson mentality your day to day will include a wide(! range of projects
- Ideally but not required: Work experience in earlystage high innovation companies
- Strong communication skills
- Already located in Berlin or willingness to relocate to Berlin Germany / Remote not possible
