At Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour We are seeking a dynamic and energetic peopleperson to join our Front Office team as a Casual AllRounder. This role offers handson experience across all areas of Front Office making it a great opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during checkin checkout and throughout the guests stay.
- Handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner always striving for total guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts ensuring all charges are processed correctly and efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly positive cando attitude with a passion for teamwork.
- Professional grooming and presentation standards.
- A strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends.
