Job Description
This role requires a super fun and friendly personality to welcome our guests to our hotel and to look after them whilst they stay with us.
Youll work closely with the reservations housekeeping maintenance and F&B teams to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
Duties include:
- Check in and out of guests
- Handling all guest enquiries at the desk
- Attending to incoming calls
- Storage and luggage handling
Qualifications :
Personality and commitment to the team and guest service are key traits we are looking for mostly however the following experience will highlight your application!
- Opera Cloud Experience
- HubOS Experience
- Previous Front Office experience
Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster is nonnegotiable with reception shifts required from either 7am3pm or 3pm11pm.
