Job Description

Job Title: Office Executive

Department: Administration

Location: Rohini Sector 3

Reports to: HR Manager

Experience: Minimum 1 year


Job Summary:


We are seeking an organized and detailoriented Office Executive to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daytoday office operations coordinating tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team including preparing correspondence reports and presentations.

2. Office Management: Manage daytoday office operations including maintaining office supplies assets and facilities.

3. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls emails and correspondence and respond to routine inquiries.

4. RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate records files and databases.

5. Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects with other departments and teams.

6. Budgeting and Expenses: Assist with budgeting expense tracking and financial reporting.



Requirements

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.

2. Experience: Min 1years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

3. Skills:

Excellent communication organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.


Nice to Have:

1. Software Skills: Experience with CRM software project management tools or other relevant software.




Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 2. Experience: Min 1years of experience in an administrative or office management role. 3.
