Office Executive also known as a Front Office Executive or Back Office Executive is responsible for administrative tasks ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to the organization including managing schedules handling inquiries and maintaining records.

Administrative Support:
Managing schedules coordinating appointments and preparing meeting agendas.
Answering phone calls responding to emails and greeting visitors.
Organizing and maintaining files records and documents.
Preparing and distributing mail and other correspondence.
Operating office equipment (copiers printers etc..
Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a wellstocked environment.
Communication and Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive office atmosphere.
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Communicating clearly and concisely within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Data Management and Analysis:
Managing organizing and interpreting data.
Generating reports and supporting strategic decisionmaking.
Project Support:
Assisting with special projects and initiatives.
Maintaining and updating project documents and files.
Financial Support:
Assisting with bookkeeping invoicing and managing office budgets.
Team Support:
Supporting the team with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation.
Supervising front office teams (depending on the role).
