Key Responsibilities:
Draft and distribute internal email communications.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to relevant stakeholders.
Handle internal account operations including data tracking and record maintenance.
Ensure compliance with financial and operational guidelines.
Work closely with the finance team to track payments invoices and reconciliations.
Act as a bridge between counsellors and the organization ensuring smooth communication.
Assist in compiling reports based on counsellor feedback and interactions.
Oversee daytoday backend operations to ensure efficiency.
Gather validate and organize contestrelated data from multiple sources.
Maintain detailed reports on participants evaluations and outcomes.
Maintain organized and updated records of all internal communications processes and operations.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operational support.
Organize and conduct weekly webinars using the O365 MS Teams platform.
Generate reports on internal communications operations efficiency and workflow improvements.
Provide insights based on data trends to aid in decisionmaking processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in administration communications accounts or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and database management.
25 years of experience in backend operations or internal communications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in event coordination and project management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 & email marketing tools.
