Job Description
An opening for an Internal Communications Assistant has become available within our Communications team in ALDI Stores. This is a 9month fixedterm opportunity.
This pivotal role will see you at the centre of our story as part of the Internal Communications team carrying the torch of the ALDI brand and translating our business priorities initiatives and changes into meaningful narratives for our internal audiences.
What does the role look like
- Contribute to the development and delivery of effective best practice communications strategies to increase employee engagement
- Create written visual and audio content for ALDI Australias internal platforms
- Build relationships engage collaborate and manage expectations of various internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all communicationsrelated tasks
- Support the success and efficient operation of the Communications Department.
Qualifications :
- Strong internal communications experience working across multiple topics platforms and activations
- Excellent written storytelling and verbal communications skills
- Experience planning drafting editing and finalising content in multiple media forms
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work thinking beyond the scope of your task
- A collaborative mindset to work cross functionally with internal teams and external suppliers
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
- Experience working with apps Microsoft 365 Canva and/or Vimeo highly regarded.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $96800 $107600 including Superannuation
