Job Description

As a Senior UX/UI Designer youll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital products by blending creativity research and technical to craft exceptional user experiences.
Were looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about usercentered design and has a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for designing industryleading user interfaces ensuring seamless experiences across different devices and taking a holistic approach to design that goes beyond aestheticsfocusing on usability accessibility and interaction.
Tasks
User Research & Concept Development
- Conduct market and visual research translating insights into creative design concepts.
- Work through the full design processfrom early sketches and static designs to complex interactive prototypes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends design innovations and emerging styles.
UI/UX Design &
- Design clean scalable and intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Implement scalable design methodologies using Figmas advanced features such as components variables autolayout and design systems.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Collaboration & Communication
- Present work with clarity to the wider team and clients providing supporting materials to explain design processes and creative thinking.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve design outcomes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff and maintain design integrity in the final product.
Requirements
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in the industry.
- Ability to articulate and visualise creative ideas effectively to both the internal team and clients.
- Experience in defining visual style within digital design including colour typography illustrations and photography.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma for design and prototyping including experience with components variables autolayout and design systems to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Mac OS Google Suite Slack and other relevant digital collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Sprint methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highquality work within deadlines.
- A curious mindsetyou seek to understand the core challenges behind a project and ask the right questions to find the best solutions.
- Organised and efficient with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of frontend web development to effectively communicate with developers.
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the design field.
- Bonus: Motion design skills for creating dynamic graphics and animated GIFs.
