About the Role:
As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will lead and inspire a team of designers to create exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for setting design standards overseeing design projects and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of designers providing guidance and feedback.
Set design vision strategy and standards.
Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the design team.
- Design Execution:
Oversee the design process from concept to launch.
Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
Create highquality design deliverables including wireframes mockups and prototypes.
- Performance Measurement:
Set design KPIs and track performance metrics.
Oversee A/B testing strategies to optimize user experiences.
Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management:
Manage design resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma Adobe XD Sketch).
Experience leading and mentoring design teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
A portfolio of exceptional design work demonstrating strong UI/UX skills.
