Job Description
As we continue to grow rapidlywe are strengthening our Frends R&D and Product Management team. As a result were looking for anew Senior UI/UX Designer.
Are you ready to lead the design of a cuttingedge integration platform as a part of our product management team We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will own the entire user experience of Frends iPaaS. This is your chance to shape the look feel and functionality of a worldclass platform used globally by businesses to integrate automate and innovate.
What Youll Do
- Oversee the UX design strategy for the Frends platform ensuring it meets the needs of technical and business users alike.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to integrate usercentered design into every stage of the feature development process.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer needs pain points and workflows.
- Design intuitive interfaces and workflows for dashboards automation pipelines and API management tools.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent visual and UX design system that aligns with the Frends brand identity.
- Champion accessibility and usability best practices to ensure our platform is inclusive and easy to use.

What You Bring
Domain Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of iPaaS SaaS B2B integrations APIs and enterprise workflows.
Design Expertise:
- 5 years of experience in UX or Product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user research wireframing prototyping and interaction design.
- Experience with complex UI patterns like draganddrop tools dashboards and error handling workflows.
- Mastery of tools such as Figma InVision and other design/prototyping tools.
Analytical Skills:
- Datadriven design mindset with the ability to analyze user feedback metrics and usability testing results.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to communicate design concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

- We prefer locations near our Espoo Finland or Stockholm Sweden as we would like you to visit the office from time to time.
