The Audiovisual (AV) unit is responsible for the platform development provision and distribution of livestreaming event coverage across the world by maintaining the companys strong and vast relationships with rights holders media and betting companies globally. You will be part of an international team supporting our Commercial team along all stages of the sales cycle cooperating with the client setup service activations contracting legal & billing teams on your daily tasks. Ensuring a smooth flow of the processes from the lead to launch & handling postsale administrative tasks will be a key part of the challenge.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new business sales team in a Sales Support Specialist role in our Vienna or Munich office.
THE CHALLENGE:
- 360 support of our commercial team.
- Assist on all stages of the sales funnel focusing on admin tasks in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Support the sales team in forecast management and work on constant improvement of the forecast accuracy
- Cooperate with multiple internal departments on various postsale administrative processes.
- Support contract drafts & oversee the entire signature process
- Work closely with our billing team by managing invoice requests on active contracts.
- Prepare periodical reports adhoc data reports
- Participate in constant search for process improvements & task optimization to bring efficiency to the team
- Use multiple internal tools (Salesforce QlickSense JIRA MS Suit with a strong focus on Excel) in your daytoday tasks
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelors degree in a businessrelated field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English any additional language is considered a plus
- Strong attention to detail & strive to get things right under tight deadlines
- Well organized and structured approach to tasks.
- An Ill getitdone & theres no problem without a solution attitude in everything you do.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with CRM systems Salesforce experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
