Job Description
The opportunity:
As a Area/Field Manager at RW&CO you will report to The District Sales Manager and lead a group of 6 stores within Montreal area. You would be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding store profitability seamless Omni Channel experience merchandising excellence as well as delivering a diverse inclusive and rewarding employee experience.
Day in the Life (What youll do)
- Drive and motivate store performance by leading effective store visits focused on influencing and fostering behaviors to achieve financial goals and uphold brand initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with your teams and business partners to bring forward business plans and strategies that are specific to the success of your assigned area.
- Recruit hire develop and retain high performing store leaders while also building a succession planning.
- Coach and develop store managers by setting clear expectations providing detailed goals and managing performance appropriately.
- Uphold all RCL Reitman (Canada) LTD policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
What Sets You Apart:
- Management Experience: Over one year managing multiple units or 5 years managing a single unit.
- PostSecondary Education: An asset to accelerate your career.
- Strategic Vision & Results: Proven ability to guide store managers manage priorities and enhance the customer experience through an omnichannel approach.
- Leadership & Talent Development: Expertise in recruiting training and succession planning to build highperforming teams.
- Performance & Visual Excellence: Ability to coach teams to achieve financial operational and merchandising goals.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 50 of the time to visit stores and drive success.
